What is the difference between a pack and Clearwei Plus?
A quote pack is a one-off purchase and yours to keep. Clearwei Plus is a subscription that includes every pack, along with unlimited reflections, your emotion calendar, the patterns we notice for you, and your Clearwei Summary. Some packs are free for everyone and need no purchase at all.
How do I restore a purchase?
Tap Restore purchases in the app. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with, your packs and Clearwei Plus will come back.
I bought a pack but it still looks locked.
Try Restore purchases first. If a pack shows no price at all, your phone has not finished talking to the App Store yet: check your connection, then reopen the app. If it persists, email us with the pack name.
How do I manage or cancel Clearwei Plus?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Tap Manage subscription in the app, or open your device's Settings, your name, Subscriptions. You can turn off auto-renew there at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment and you keep Plus until the period you have paid for ends.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account. If something in the app went wrong, do tell us as well so we can fix it.
How do I find the packs?
Tap the packs button in the middle of the bottom bar. Packs are grouped into shelves by the kind of season they are written for, and anything added recently appears at the top.
Why don't I see quotes I expected?
Your feed is tailored to how you are feeling and the boundaries you have set, for example keeping certain themes out. You can adjust these any time in Goals & boundaries and your tone preferences. A pack you own also has a switch for whether its quotes mix into your daily feed or stay in the pack for reading.
How do I share a quote?
Open any quote and choose Share. You can change the colour, typeface, and shape of the card before you send it, and choose a size that suits a post or a story.
What is the Clearwei Summary?
A PDF of your month: your emotion calendar, the patterns in your check-ins, and any reflections you choose to include. Some people bring it to a therapy session so they can skip the recap. You decide what goes in, and the file is created on your phone.
Does Clearwei work offline?
Yes. Your daily quotes, packs, reflections, and check-ins all work without a connection. You only need to be online to buy something or restore a purchase.
Where is my data stored? Can I delete it?
Everything you save lives only on your device. Nothing is sent to a server. To remove it all, use Delete all my data in the app, or delete the app.
I'm getting a new phone. How do I bring everything across?
Two steps, because your writing and your purchases travel separately.
Purchases are deliberately not in the backup file. They belong to your Apple Account, which is what makes them safe to restore on any device you sign into.
Is my journal in the backup?
Yes. The backup holds your own data: check-ins, reflections, saved quotes, folders, quotes you wrote, and your settings. It does not hold the quote library itself, which the app rebuilds, and it does not hold your purchases.
